Learn a unique form of self defence

The Japanese martial art of Aikido is the favoured martial art of Police and Security Services as it does not promote excessive force, (no kicking, no punching or initiation of aggression).

Aikido will teach you to avoid confrontation and physical attack, blend with an aggressors force enabling you to compromise their posture and throw them to aid escape, or pin and immobilise them using specific techniques.
